Cosa fare
la detersione è il primo step fondamentale , poi ovviamente c’è bisogno di una buona idratazione , nutrimento e d un’azione mirata quando necessita per le rughe.
Gel e creme ci danno la possibilita’ di idratare e nutrire in modo mirato , in modo invasivo , ma se fatto con costanza i risultati si vedono .

La mia esperienza
Tra tante creme che ho utilizzato , ho scelto di usare una in particolare natural cosmetica , una crema per le rughe che io non ho utilizzato solo sul viso , sulle mie famose rughe d’espressione , dette anche 11 , ma anche sul collo.
